This figure represents Lexcelera’s Net Promoter Score, a loyalty metric first presented in a Harvard Business Review article entitled “One Number You Need to Grow”. 99.3% of our customers are so loyal that they would recommend us to others.

For speed and meeting deadlines, Lexcelera was given a perfect 10/10. For the quality of our translations and service, the rating is 9.9, with 9.6 for responsiveness and reliability and 9.9 for value for money/pricing.
