In our latest survey, conducted in December 2017 and January 2018, 97.5% of Lexcelera’s customers said they would recommend us. This figure represents Lexcelera’s Net Promoter Score, a loyalty metric first presented in a Harvard Business Review article entitled “One Number You Need to Grow”.
