Every year, Lexcelera asks over 7500 customers to share their level of satisfaction with our translating service quality, service, speed, reliability, pricing and more. Our current Lexcelera Customer Satisfaction Survey was conducted in January 2016.
In our latest survey, 99.3% of Lexcelera’s customers said they would recommend us. This figure represents Lexcelera’s Net Promoter Score, a loyalty metric first presented in a Harvard Business Review article entitled “One Number You Need to Grow”. 99.3% of our customers are so loyal that they would recommend us to others.

For speed and meeting deadlines, Lexcelera was given a perfect 10/10. For the quality of our translations and service, the rating is 9.9, with 9.6 for responsiveness and reliability and 9.9 for value for money/pricing.
